On Saturday, February 13th we are planning a very special Valentine’s celebration for you and your sweetheart. Chef James Thomas has designed a suitably romantic menu with gourmet appetizers and salads, three delectable entrée selections, and delicious desserts. There will be wine and champagne specials as well as FHCC’s interesting wine list.
Please make your reservations early, on : 646-7861.
Dinner service will begin at 6:00pm.
The cost for this Valentine’s dinner is $55.00++ per person, to include hors d’oeuvres, salads, entrée, and dessert.

Hors d’oeuvres Table
An array of gourmet salads, cocktail shrimp, fresh oysters on the half shell, oysters Rockefeller, and crab legs.

Valentine’s Dinner Entrée Selections:

Valentine’s Filet Duxelle: A center-cut filet mignon stuffed with spinach, boursin cheese, pine nuts, and shitake mushrooms, grilled and served on a pool of Cabernet Sauvignon demi-glaze. Accompanied by smoked gouda mashed potatoes.

Cupid’s Snapper: A fresh Blue Snapper filet seasoned with Cajun spices, pan-seared and topped with jumbo lump crab meat, white asparagus, and a béarnaise sauce. Accompanied by cranberry and almond wild rice.

Sweetheart Lobster: 10 oz Lobster Tail poached in white wine and butter. Accompanied by smoked gouda mashed potatoes and haricot verts.
