Salad du Jour: Tropical Cobb
Grilled shrimp, roasted red peppers, diced mangos, bacon, eggs, black olives, diced pineapples, and bleu cheese served on a bed of mixed greens. Accompanied by a Caribbean mango vinaigrette.
Entrée: Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken breast encrusted in panko breadcrumbs, pan-fried until golden brown and topped with ham & swiss cheese, served open-faced and topped with a béchamel sauce. Accompanied zucchini & squash medley.
Soup & Sandwich: Fried Fish Po’Boy
Orange roughy filet dipped in a beer batter deep-fried until golden brown, rèmoulde sauce, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, griddled onions, and american cheese served on a grilled hoagie. Accompanied potato chips and a cup of soup du jour.
