Soup & Sandwich: Blackened Prime Rib
Prime rib seasoned with cajun spices, cast-iron seared, shredded cheddar cheese, griddled onions, shredded lettuce, tomato, and mayo served on a grilled hoagie roll. Accompanied by curly fries and a cup of soup du jour.
Soup Du Jour: Chicken & Dumpling
Entrée: Belfast Salmon
Salmon filed dusted in seasoned flour, pan-fried until golden brown, and topped with a raspberry & Guinness demi-glace served on a bed of sautéed cabbage. Accompanied by mashed potatoes.
Salad Du Jour: King Louis Crab
Crab meat, black olives, eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, lemons, and croutons served on a bed of mixed greens. Accompanied by a Louis dressing.
