The month long program covers all aspects of the game and ends with a Three-hole on course learning experience. (Tuesdays 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM) April 6th Putting / Chipping 13th Short Game 20th Mid Irons / Driver May 4th 3 Hole Golf Course Play Night Lunch Menu Time: 11:00am - 2:00pm Entrée: Chicken Dijon Chicken breast dusted in seasoned flour, sautéed, and smothered with a rich dijon cream sauce. Accompanied wild rice and asparagus. Soup & Sandwich: Shrimp Po’Boy Breaded shrimp, deep fried, lettuce red onion, and remoulade sauce served on a grilled hoagie. Accompanied curly fries and a cup of soup du jour. Soup du Jour: Southwestern Bean Salad du Jour: Duck & Mango Pan seared duck, mango, grape tomatoes, red onions, black olives, and mozzarella cheese built on mixed greens.
