Accompanied by curly fries and a cup of soup du jour. Soup Du Jour: Chicken & Potato Entrée: Herbed Encrusted Salmon 4 oz salmon filet encrusted in a herbed panko breadcrumbs, pan-fried until golden brown and served on a pool of sun-dried tomato cream sauce. Accompanied by grilled asparagus. Salad Du Jour: Apple Jack Grilled chicken breast, caramelized apples, candied walnuts, black olives, grape tomatoes, and boursin cheese served on a bed of spinach & romaine.
