Tilapia seasoned with lemon pepper spices, grilled and topped with a caper & chipotle butter. Accompanied by corn-o brein and smothered potatoes.
Chive & Potato Encrusted Tuna:
Yellowfin tuna encrusted with chive & potato breading, pan seared, and served on a pool of wasabi aioli. Accompanied by asparagus & wild rice.
