Accompanied by seasoned steak fried and a cup of soup du jour. Salad Du Jour: Grilled Beef Taco Salad Marinated grilled beef, seasoned rice, refried beans, olives, diced tomatoes, onions, cheddar cheese, guacamole, sour cream, jalapenos, and mixed greens served in a fried taco shell. Accompanied a mexi-ranch dressing. Entrée: Orange Roughy Medley Orange roughy filet dusted in seasoned flour, pan-fried until golden brown, and topped with a shrimp and spinach cream sauce.
