Soup du Jour: Southwestern Beef Entrée: Florentine Orange Roughy Orange roughy filet dredged in seasoned flour, pan-fried until golden brown and topped with a Florentine cream sauce. Salad du Jour: Spicy Shrimp & Mango Plump shrimp tossed in spicy marinated, grilled, tomatoes, black olives, red onion, boursin cheese, and mango served on a bed of mixed greens.
