These new menus started last month, taking a different state of the union as our inspiration each week. Chef James plans each dinner menu to showcase whatever that particular state (or sometimes a city) is famous for, in terms of its cuisine. We then offer complementary drinks specials which also follow that theme. On the third Wednesday of the month, this dinner menu is presented as a buffet.
