Shrimp Cocktail
Portobello Mushroom w/chipotle ranch
Entrées:
Steak Diane: Twin medallions of tenderloin, pan seared, smothered with a Diane sauce. Accompanied by mashed potatoes and vegetable medley.
Chicken Cordon Bleu: Open faced chicken breast breaded with panko breadcrumbs & seasonings, sautéed , topped with ham, swiss cheese and a spinach cream sauce. Accompanied by wild rice and asparagus.
Tilapia Creole: Tilapia seasoned with blackened spices cast iron seared, smothered with a spicy Creole sauce. Accompanied by wild rice, and a zucchini & squash medley.
