Chef's Tuesday
Each Tuesday in August we are offering a special all inclusive dinner menu.
Appetizer
*Spinach dip with tortilla chips, sour cream and salsa
*Shrimp & Buffalo mozzarella bruschetta
Entrées
*Surf-n-Tuf: 8oz top sirlion seasoned with an array of spices, grilled to your preference, and paired with snow crab legs. Accompanied by a baked potato and a vegetable medley.
*Stuffed Chicken: Chicken breast stuffed with ham, swiss cheese, and spinach, served on a pool of garlic mushroom béchamel. Accompanied by wild rice and asparagus.
*Tortilla Encrusted Tilapia: Tilapia encrusted with a tortilla breading, pan fried, and served on a pool of cilantro salsa. Accompanied by a baked potato and a squash medley.
Desserts: Cheese Cake ** Chocolate Pecan Pie ala Mode

Special: Chicken Fried Steak
Beef patty breaded in seasoned flour, deep-fried until golden brown and topped with a peppered gravy. Accompanied mashed potatoes.
Salad du Jour: Strawberry Salad
Marinated sliced strawberries, grilled shrimp, almonds, red onions, boursin cheese, and grape tomatoes served on a bed of spinach & romaine lettuce. Accompanied by a raspberry vinaigrette.
Soup & Sandwich: California Chicken
Chicken breast encrusted in a walnut breading, pan-fried until golden brown,
tomatoes, spring mix, goat cheese, sun-dried tomato, and aioli, served on grilled sourdough bread. Accompanied potatoes chips and a cup of soup du jour.
