Crabmeat, peppers,
onions, spinach and swiss cheese folded in a 3 egg omelet, served on a pool of cilantro salsa. Accompanied by biscuits and hashbrowns.

Shrimp Poor Boy
Breaded shrimp deep fried, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and
rémoulade sauce served on a grilled hoagie bun.
Accompanied by pasta salad and a cup of soup du jour.

Spinach & romaine, fresh mozzarella cheese, blacken chicken, eggs, grape

and roasted corn & black beans compote.
Salmon Florentine: Salmon seasoned with herg & spices, poached in a beurre blanc, and topped with lobster & spinach hollandaise . Accompanied by asparagus.
