Chef’s Tuesday
Come join us on Tuesday evenings in August with a featured all inclusive dining menu. You have a choice of appetizer, entree and desert for $22.50++ per person.

Appetizers
Crab Quesadillas
Spicy Buffalo Wings
Entrées
Steak Gorgonzola
8 oz Top Sirloin seasoned grilled to your preference, topped with caramelized onions and gorgonzola cheese, served on a pool of demi glace. Accompanied by mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley.
Chicken Florence
Chicken breast dusted in seasoned flour, sautéed, and topped with a spinach & sun-dried tomato cream sauce. Accompanied by wild rice and grilled asparagus.
Tilapia Santa Fe
Tilapia seasoned with southwestern spices, pan seared, and served on a pool of salsa. Accompanied by guacamole, wild rice and a vegetable medley.

Soup & Sandwich: Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Chicken tenders deep-fried until golden brown, tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce,
Caesar salad, diced tomatoes, and diced red onions wrapped together in a grilled flour tortilla. Accompanied seasoned curly fries and a cup of soup du jour.
Soup du Jour: Chicken Noodle
Special: Spanish Roughy
Orange roughy filet seasoned with spanish spices, grilled, and topped with steamed clams, served on a pool of spicy tomato broth. Accompanied vegetable medley.
Salad du Jour: Blackened Tenderloin & Papaya
Blackened tenderloin, sliced papaya, pecans, goat cheese, black olives, grape tomatoes, and red onions served on a bed of mixed greens. Accompanied by a raspberry vinaigrette.
