Shredded beef tamales, smothered in chili and cheese sauce.
Accompanied by spanish rice & refried beans.

Grilled Shrimp & Fruit
Honey dew, watermelon, grapes, strawberries, red
onions, black olives, blue cheese and grilled shrimp served on a bed of mixed greens.
Accompanied by a hot sun-dried tomato & basil vinaigrette .

Soup & Sandwich:
Chicken & Tuna Croissant Duo
Chicken salad paired with tuna salad, served on a grilled croissant. Accompanied by potato chips and a cup of soup du jour.

Appetizers:
Southwestern Shrimp Cocktail: Gulf shrimp boiled and tossed in old bay seasonings. Accompanied by an avocado cocktail sauce.

Gingered Calamari: Breaded squid, deep fried and dusted with ginger & spices. Accompanied by a horseradish aioli .

Entrees:
Black Tilapia : Tilapia seasoned with blacken spices, cast iron seared and smothered with a crawfish cream sauce. Accompanied by wild rice.

Montreal Ribeye: 14oz Angus rib eye seasoned with Montréal spices, grilled to your preference and topped with a chive butter. Accompanied by a baked potato.

Apple Brandy Salmon: Salmon seasoned with lemon pepper, pan seared and basted with brandy then topped with caramelized onions & apple chutney. Accompanied
by rosemary polenta.
