The quality of the food is second to none, and the menu offers everything from homemade soups and sandwiches to superb steaks and seafood. The dining room seats 250 guests in comfort, and can be booked by members for special occasions and major functions. Two additional rooms are available for smaller groups, clubs, and business meetings.

Image of James Thomas My name is James Thomas (JT), and I have now been Executive Chef at FHCC for four years. My tenure here continues to be very rewarding, as my team and I strive to provide excellent quality food and creative menus for our members. We will continue to introduce new ideas to enhance our members' enjoyment of their FHCC restaurant experience, and we always welcome feedback from our members.

Junior cooking apprenticeships are planned, and FHCC will of course maintain its successful repertoire of gourmet dinners, special event menus, the Saturday Breakfast Club, and a spectacular Sunday brunch menu. We're always pleased to receive ideas and suggestions from our members, and information about upcoming events is circulated by email and via the club's monthly newsletter.
