Dining Fianna Hills Country Club offers great dining and dramatic views across the city of Fort Smith in both the casual bar area and the more formal dining room.
The quality of the food is second to none, and the menu offers everything from homemade soups and sandwiches to superb steaks and seafood. The dining room seats 250 guests in comfort, and can be booked by members for special occasions and major functions. Two additional rooms are available for smaller groups, clubs, and business meetings.

Mark was born in Fargo, North Dakota, but was raised and went to school in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Mark comes from a family of excellent cooks starting with his grandmother. He has been at Fianna Hills Country Club most of his adult life, starting at the entry level.
Chef James Thomas recently joined Fianna Hills Country Club as our new executive chef. He brings a wealth of experience to add variety and sophistication to your dining experience. We are certain you will find him to be pleasant and professional, and very willing to help you with any special request.
