FHCC would like to welcome Laura Seiter, Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, to the fitness center.

Laura received her Physical Fitness Specialist Training at the Cooper Institute, Dallas, Texas, and has since returned for certifications in Pre/Postnatal Fitness, Biomechanics of Resistance Training, and Fitness specialist for 55 plus. She has 8 years’ experience in the fitness industry.

If you have not been to our newly updated Fitness Center, or have but would like further demonstrations of equipment, contact Laura at (479)461-1930 or lseiter [at] fiannahillscountryclub [dot] com. A special discounted rate on your first personal training session is offered to FHCC members.
