Melissa is a certified fitness instructor with over 20 years experience in aerobic exercise and fitness training programs. Aerobics, Yoga, Pilate and personal training will be available initially. Private and group lessons will be offered commencing November 1st . Melissa will be on site Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am – 11:00 am for personal consultations and program scheduling.
